2024 Chicago, IL - World Balloon Convention Trip

My work trip to Chicago for the Twist and Shout balloon artist convention was an incredible experience. I finally got to try deep-dish pizza and went on the Ghouls and Gangsters ghost tour, learning about Chicago’s mob history and haunted spots. Riding the subway was fun too! The convention itself was packed with inspiring classes and competitions; though I didn’t compete this year, the costume and dress competitions were unforgettable. We spent the last day exploring the city, and it was the perfect end to an amazing trip. I can’t wait to see all my new friends again at next year’s convention!
